DO TANZANIANS NEED CHANGE OR TRANSFORMATION?

Three things to consider during voting for your good leader in the coming general election scheduled on October,25 has been stated by Humphrey Polepole.

Humphrey said that to choose a good leader you need to consider the 'PEOPLE' in the sense that candidate for a particular post. Make sure you are satisfied with your choice.

second , you need to consider the institution from which the candidate is contesting through in the sense that political party.

Third, voter need to consider the National interests.

Polepole said election is the process  which has three phase such as pre-election process which consist of voter registration together with civic education and campaign , election (voting and its right to every qualified voter), post election( results announcements).

Also compared two things, Change and Transformation on which he said transformation is bigger than change. According to Humphrey he believe on Transformation than change.

How can we define Polepole?

Transformation can not be reached through changing political party and system but what about if those in power continue to rule the country? Will Tanzania transform under the rule of CCM?

But Polepole said Tanzanian have to forget free and fair election if we are going to use the 1977 constitution with a lots of mistakes on election law.
