Our third day since Biometric voter registration process kicked off in Dar es salaam survey result reveal new and continuous problem encountering .

Today our reporter surveyed Ally Hassan Mwinyi registration centre at Mikoccheni where unfair registration has been experienced from some clerks.

According to our reporter(his name is in box) some clerks engage in nepotism by giving chance to the partisan members regardless of  some people who arrive early to the registration centre.

Some of the clerk were not in-charge to guide the registration process but appeared to the centre forcing people who come late to register before those who come early.

Our reporter told this site that member of the CCM were playing this bad game which is inappropriate to the National Electoral Committee and the whole community.

"Also they filled registration form for people who were not at the centre, then few minutes they came directly to the front line and registered by force", said reporter.

Bad language among clerks has been reported by many people as one of the behavior needs to be considered as the program continue in the city.

While Tanzanian are expecting free and fair election but for what is going on in the registration process will distort a lots of thing ahead general election because people are registered by favor of political party.

NEC need to make follow up on the problem encountering in this process and dismiss all clerk who act irresponsibly to make sure the process is successful finished.

As the situation looks like, clerk are divided into political parties whereby all centre controlled by a certain political party its member are registered even following the rule given to everybody.
