kwa nini nipigane kuleta mabadiliko?(uelewa

madereva(leseni), walimu(Mishahara), wafanyabiashara(EFD)….mabadiliko ni

Speaking to the Nyakyusa women on the sources of massive marriage breakdown
among couple, they said that marriage break up because everybody in the family

<p dir="ltr"><b>Burundian President Pierre Nkurunziza was sworn in for a controversial third term in power on Thursday, well ahead of the August 26 deadline. The surprise ceremony comes amid ongoing political violence.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><a href="http://www.france24.com/en/tag/pierre-nkurunziza/">Nkurunziza</a> took the "oath for a new term of five years", the presidency said in a statement on Thursday, two days after four people were gunned down in a bar in capital Bujumbara, in an apparent revenge attack on members of the ruling party.</p>
<p dir="ltr">His <a href="http://www.france24.com/en/20150724-burundi-pierre-nkurunziza-wins-third-term-president-election">third term</a> bid was <a href="http://www.france24.com/en/20150802-burundi-top-general-nshimirimana-assassinated-rocket-attack-car">condemned</a>as unconstitutional by the opposition and provoked months of protests. In mid-May, rebel generals attempted <a href="http://www.france24.com/en/20150513-live-burundi-coup-attempt-president-nkurunziza">a coup</a>, which failed.</p>
<p dir="ltr"><a href="http://www.france24.com/en/tag/burundi/">Burundi</a>'s constitution only allows a president to be elected twice -- for a total of 10 years in power -- but before these polls Nkurunziza argued he had only been directly elected by the people once.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The United Nations observer mission said the vote last month was not "inclusive free and credible" and was held "in an environment of profound mistrust" between political rivals.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Nkurunziza won 69.41 percent of the vote, an immediate first round victory.</p>
<p dir="ltr"><b>Escalating political violence</b></p>
<p dir="ltr">Four people were killed Tuesday night in the Burundian capital of Bujumbura, police reported on Wednesday.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The four friends were shot in a bar, an apparent revenge attack against members of the ruling party, said witnesses in the volatile neighborhood of Musaga.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The killings followed police raids in Musaga earlier on Tuesday in which "a large quantity" of guns were seized, Nkurikiye said, adding "witnesses said that these people had been accused of having informed the police."</p>
<p dir="ltr">Earlier this month, a former head of the intelligence services and a key ally of the president, Lt. Gen. Adolphe Nshimirimana, was killed in a drive-by shooting in Bujumbura, sparking concerns of revenge killings as regime loyalists and opponents target each other. Nshimirimana is believed to have helped the government defeat an attempted military coup in May.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The day after Nshimirimana was killed, there was an assassination attempt on Pierre Claver Mbonimpa, a prominent rights activist and government critic.</p>
<p dir="ltr">On Saturday, a former army chief of staff during Burundi's civil war, Col. Jean Bikomagu, was shot and killed outside his home in Bujumbura.</p>

Education system in Tanzainia
does not prepare students to the extent that they can employ themselves after
graduating their degree programs although there is an effort from some high
learning institution to support graduates.<o:p></o:p></div>

Speaking to The Hill Observer,
the head of entrepreneurship centre of University of Dar es salaam Mr.Elia Yobu
said that Tanzania education system prepare students to self employment  for  a
very small extent.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
Most of the youth would like to
be employed because the society they are living expect their boys and girls to
be employed after completing their degree program, added Mr Yobu.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
“The big  problem is that many youth would like to be
employed because of the education system we have and the environment, but also
the society surrounding  them consider to
be employed is a prestige, this is the problem” Yobu stressed.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
Also Yobu added that there are
some of them who employ themselves after completing their degree program but it
mostly depends on their role models as the same as those who are not willing to
employ themselves it’s because the family, relative or society surrounding  them doesn’t believe in self employment.<o:p></o:p></div>

 Mr Yobu refuted the claim that capital is a
set back toward self employment, because as educated person has already capitalized
himself or herself, then doing business or whatever doesn’t need capital from
financial institution.<o:p></o:p></div>

“I think we do or they do a
mistake some where when someone says capital is problem, because there are
people who provide loans but the problem is to turn back the loan and getting
loan from financial need a person who has already started the business” said
Mr. Yobu who is head of entrepreneurship centre of University of Dar es salaam.<o:p></o:p></div>

Further he said faith is the
capital for any entrepreneur and you need to start some where then ask for
financial support to improve the business not to start a business because many
people asked capital from their family, friends and now are somewhere.<o:p></o:p></div>

Pressure is now on university
finalist across Tanzania mainland as days are numbered to complete their degree
program with the question of employment.<o:p></o:p></div>

university of Dodoma said that education system doesn’t prepare students to
develop the idea of self employment because the government has been insisting
claiming system rather than teaching entrepreneurship that is the source of

student to be employed and not to be self employed thus why claiming is given a

Mkawa University said the question of being employed or self employment is
fifty to fifty depending on the situation but my first option was to be

be employed or not will depends on the situation at a particular time but I can
do anything  like business if the

finalist at IFM taking  Bachelor of arts
in social Protection he said that it is hard to be employed as situation  looks because the system does not prepare
student to be  self employed but you can be

“it is hard to get employment
direct at your own sector ,the issue is to struggle anywhere so that to get
employment and I wont leave Dar es salaam, I will struggle  till the end although I don’t know how”,Bisako

Elizabeth Twelamila said being
employed is her first priority but according to the situation there is no
possibility to be employed soon after completing her degree program at the

after graduation Miss Twelamila said there is that idea but the problem is
capital although doing small business is her expectation because doesn’t need
